It’s not just commitment that young men fear—they don’t want to give up the fun and frivolity of perpetual adolescence, says TAREK SAAB. His stint on TV’s The Apprentice made him a national spokesman for a more authentic model of manhood. He explains why men in particular need to grow up, for their good and good of society.
In GUT CHECK: Confronting Love, Work & Manhood in Your Twenties, Saab describes his own reluctant confrontation with manhood and resulting spiratual disillusionment—and what can happen when you men decide to grow up.
CREDENTIALS: TAREK SAAB, the son of a working class Lebanese father and an American mother, became an emblem of successful manhood after millions of Americans followed his fortunes on The Apprentice. He speaks to audiences nationwide about overcoming the crisis of manhood.
